Merch Farm is a vertically integrated print-on-demand and bulk-production apparel manufacturing facility. Our headquarters are in Irvine, California, and our production facility is conveniently located just south of the border in Ensenada, Mexico. We have been manufacturing apparel in Orange County for the last six years. We moved production to Ensenada in 2023 to scale up faster and take advantage of the skilled labor through the maquiladora program. We have an in-house development and sampling team.

- Sewing Lines: We don't run lines; we run modular production. The modules vary around the work we are processing. We move our machines around.

We produce or have produced brands for Ryte Sport, Nuku Swim, Beyond Yoga, and Hardcore Swim, Gladiator Cornhole, and many more. We offer our clients a nearshore solution by manufacturing in the Northern Baja California area. All orders ship direct to the consumer duty free.
